The cave sits at an altitude of 678 meters above sea level on the steep slopes of the Manavgat Valley. Visitors explore the lower active level exclusively via guided inflatable boat tours holding about 10 people.

Inside, the cave maintains a constant temperature of 16°C (60°F) all year. Tours last 15 to 30 minutes, covering the first 125 meters of the 2,200-meter-long subterranean lake.
